WWDC 2016 Student Scholarship

Hi, I'm a 14 year old developer and I really want to try and attend WWDC 2016 through the student scholarship. However, I cannot find any information about it on the web. I can only find the WWDC 2015 scholarship information. WWDC 2016 is approaching very quickly and since I couldn't find any information, I was hoping someone could point me in the right direction. I'm assuming that the information for WWDC 2016 student scholarship hasn't been announced yet but I would like to confirm this. However, if it has already opened, could someone maybe link me to the page if it exists? Thanks 🙂
