Apple 30% Commission for funding campaigns via Crowdfunding App

We have a crowd funding site which accepts payments via a payment gateway. We are also building an ios app for the same service.

The mobile app has a sign up button, by which users can create accounts. Once logged in, the user (investor) can fund a project/campaign they are interested in. We hope to integrate this using a mobile payment gateway or redirect to the web site's payment gateway via webview or use Apple Pay.

My question is: >>

1. Will we have to pay a 30% commission to Apple for each investment, made by an investor through the crowd funding app?

2. I understand Indiegogo, a popular crowd funding service with an ios app uses Apple Pay. Could our crowd funding app use Apple Pay as a payment gateway for our crowdfunding iOS app?

You can direct a user to a website and in that website you can accept payment through a third party system. But you can't sell anything that is used in an iOS app. Whether or not you can imbed a third party payment system in an app depends on how app review chooses to interpret 11.2. But again, you can't sell anything used in an app.
