OS X Server 5.0 - no support for new Notes.app?

I've installed the 10.11 Beta, Server 5.0 Beta, and iOS 9 Beta.


Enhanced notes (checklists, folder creation, move between folders, etc.) is fine, locally. When I connect to my beta Server 5.0 from iOS 9, I'm looking at the current/old notes featuers.


Are notes going to be beefed up for Server?

My guess is that the new Notes features are all iCloud. So I think we're stuck with IMAP for the Server.app.
