For my application I need to use simutaneously 2 Trackpads (Magic Trackpad-2s), one for each hand, and need to have the (x, y) coordinates of the touch positions of up to the 10 fingers.
Is this possible? If yes how to proceed?

Using 2 Magic Trackpads
I don't believe that would be possible. Both trackpads would share the same control space anyway
so there would be no way to get different coordinates simultaneously. When I say both would share the
same control space I mean, to the Mac, both trackpads are the same device as far as the system is
concerned. Both control the pointer and both send the same coordinates relative to where the finger
or fingers are placed on the trackpad surface.
