I have a enterprise app to my charge, so. When I upload my app to the internal store I don't have any problem.
The problem begins when I want to install the app into some devices, because when the downloading start, the app is installing in iPad mini 3. but when I want to install the same app in another iPad like iPad 2 the app does not can be installed and the installation is interrupted for the next message: Unable to Download App "nameapp" could not be installed at this time.
So, the iPad mini 3 has 9.2.1 iOS installed, but I have two iPad's 2 and one iPad 2 has 9.2.1 iOS installed and the other iPad has 9.3.2 iOS version.
The confusion and problematic star when I upload the new ipa file to the enterprise store, because when I download the app to be insatalled from the enterprise web portal in my iPad mini 3 the app was installed, this point is very important because this iPad mini 3 has 9.2.1 iOS version. But when I did the same into one of my iPad 2 the downloading was interrupted for the next message (Unable to Download App "nameapp" could not be installed at this time.). This iPad 2 has 9.2.1 installed and the app can't be installed having the same iOS system (9.2.1).
So, I had to upgrade one of my iPad 2 to the 9.3.2 iOS version for to do same testing, the app can't be installed into my iPad 2 with the version 9.3.2.
So, only I can install my app into my iPad mini 3 with 9.2.1 iOS version, but I can't install the same app on my iPad's 2. one iPad 2 has 9.2.1 iOS version and the other iPad 2 has 9.3.2 iOS version but I can't.
So, I don´t know what happend? but I did the next steps for resolve the problem but the problem persist:
Steps:
1. On my iPad 2 I was to Tap Settings > General > Date and Time > Set Automatically > and I slide to turn off “Set Automatically”. Manually set the date one year ahead. So now I try to re-download the app but the problem persist.
2. I had to restart my iPad 2 but the problem persist.
3. I had to reset my networks in the stettings on my iPad 2 but the problem persist.
4. I had to upload different ipad version to the enterprise appstore but the problem persist.
5. I had to upgrade my iPad 2 to the version 9.3.2 but the problem persist becuase the app can't be installed.
6. I try to installed the app from the iTunes on my iPad 2 but the app can't be installed. and the iTunes sends to me the next message: La aplicacion "nameapp" no se ha instalado en el iPad "nameiPad" porque no es compatible con este iPad.
7. I try to compile my app from the Xcode 7.2 in my iPad 2 with the iOS 9.3.2 version but I can't do that because I need to upgrade my Xcode version to the 7.3. I not very sure if I update my Xcode version to the 7.3 the app going to be installed.
8. The app has many deprecated methods and maybe that is a big problem, I'm not sure of that, because I know that all the deprecated methods has to be updated for compatibility reasons with new operating systems, particularly with the iOS 9.3.2 version.
9. This application is very old app, because this app has maybe 5 years of life, but the problem is that this app never has been updated.
10. This application has the next settings: Deployment target: 7.0 or 8.0; Architectures: Valid Architectures arm7s arm7 and arm64; Compiler for C/C++/Objective-C: Default compiler (Apple LLMV 7.0)
So what I have to do for repair the problem; I did many things but the problem persist. the only options that I have are the next.
1. I have to update my Xcode to the 7.3 version.
2. Or update all the deprecated methods.
