Hi,
I submitted my app on apple store but it keeps getting rejected and they tell me the same reason everytime. They say my app shows a blank blue screen when they launch the app with no further actions. The color code of the blue screen they see is exactly same as the color of my theme header. They said they see this issue in Iphone 6 plus and ipad air 2 on 9.3.2. I have tried to reproduce this issue for so many hours on almost all device - 5s, 6plus, 6, air 2, ipad 2, 4s and I don't see any such error.
I only saw a similar issue when I tried to open my app inside from Test flight app that too only on ipad air 2. On ipad air 2 when I open app by clicking on launch icon then it works fine but when I click open from inside test flight app then I see blue screen. This issue is not present in any of the other devices. Can anyone please help??
