IPv6 set up

Hi All,

For IPv6 testing of our apps, we set up IPv6 using Macbook (OS X El captain 10.11.4) following the below guidelines:

https://developer.apple.com/library/mac/documentation/NetworkingInternetWeb/Conceptual/NetworkingOverview/UnderstandingandPreparingfortheIPv6Transition/UnderstandingandPreparingfortheIPv6Transition.html#//apple_ref/doc/uid/TP40010220-CH213-SW16

After the setup we connected iphone 6 iOS 9.3.1 to the Wifi from this Macbook. In order to test whether IPv6 has been set up properly, we used the test site: test-ipv6.com and get that "You will not be able to reach IPv6-only sites". Please see the image: http: // imgur .com/ VKU9mF9 (plz remove the space to construct the link to image).

From this we infer that IPv6 set up did not happen properly. Can any one help what are we missing in the set up or are we are not correctly performing the test?

Did you ever get this resolved? I ran into the same issue. I'm trying to test my iOS app for ipv6 compatibility. I set up the NAT64 network on my MacBook as Apple advised. But I don't know how to confirm whether I am connected via IPv6.

Facing same issue. Any solution ????

I am facing the same issue.

I tried creating the IPV6 network with mac system with OS 10.11.5 (EL CAPTAIN).

Steps which i had implemented are :

1) Open system preference

2)Open Sharing.Click Option button

3)Select "internet sharing"

4)Select "Create NAT64"

5)Select ethernet and share it to WIFI enable devices

6)Create hotspot by selecting "Wifi options".(I had tried it with and without password)

7)Switch on the "Internet sharing"

I am able to see the WIFI in list.

But not abl to connect it.

It is causing problem in registration.

Please help
