Hi,

Does the gyroscope work on a real watch. If so, what watch and what Watch OS?
Gyroscope is working fine. We are using it in our golf swing analyzer app.
startDeviceMotionUpdatesToQueue:withHandler contains the raw gyro & accel data already.
Does it work in WatchOS2.2? Does it work in an Apple Watch Series 1?
Hi, I am trying to test and I have no response from the gyroscope, does anyone know if it can be by my model Apple Watch original with watchOS 3.1? Thanks
In a series 2 Apple Watch running WatchOS3.1 I am able to get CMMotionManager to give me motion.rotationRate and motion.attitude values. Interestingly, pitch and roll appear reveresed (i.e. a wrist rotation changes motion.attitude.pitch not .roll).
