I am making audio and video call. Now I want to apply functionality of mute mic ON/OFF. I searched lot off but nothing is helpfull. So please suggest me way how I can do it properly.

You should escalate this via the support channel for OpentTok. It’s likely that muting the mic is intimately tied in with that code.
