I downloaded the "Talking To The Live View.playgroundbook" but cannot open it as a playground book in Xcode

However, I cannot seem to open it as a playgroundbook. It appears that the Finder does not recognize the extension playgroundbook as a bundle. Does someone know how to get this sample opened in XCode? I have XCode 8.0 beta 2 installed and placed in the Applications folder.

It runs on the iPad using iOS 10.0 or later not on the Mac. You need the sample code to

load it into xCode 8.x. You then run it, via xCode on your iPad.
