Can I send msg to 127.0.0.1 via Bearer Independent Protocol

We have an applet on the SIM card. The applet is to send a message to 127.0.0.1 via Bearer Independent Protocol.

We also have an APP on the mobile phone. The APP is to listen a given socket and display any message whatever it recieved.

The log between mobile phone and SIM card tells us that the message has been sent successfully.

But the APP on the mobile phone RECIEVED NOTHING.

Is there any limitation at this point? How can I get message from SIM card?

The following is the log between mobile phone and SIM card:

What's the port number? And how can you send msg to 127.0.0.1, if the app that is to listen a given socket is not in the foreground?

Thank you for your reply.

Port number is 9000.

The app was listening this port and the SIM card sent "Open Chanel" command with the same port number.

Not, the app that is to listen a given socket is NOT in the foreground.

But the app can recieve message if we send message by another way. Say, web browser with address of 127.0.0.1:9000.

SIM card can send message to a given address by Bearer Independent Protocol.
