Regional Spanish Localization

Setting up Xcode to export/import regional languages is straightforward (for example Spanish Costa Rica). But how do I set an iOS device (or Simulator) to display that languages (i.e. Costa Rica Spanish)? I'm only seeing options for Mexico, Spain or Latin America (none of which are displaying the localized es-CR translations).

Apparently those are the only supported language options for Spanish.

Don't confuse language localization with regional settings for calendar, currency etc.
