URL scheme does not always work

Good day team,

I've faced s weird problem while updating to xCode 7.3.1.

I've registered my URL Scheme to my app but when I launch Safari it works only for the first time, I run it again I got the error:-

Invalid Address

There is a strange walk around I tried and works that I've to refresh Safari page (ex. navigates to http://www.apple.com) then reenter my url scheme again and it works.

But I can't launch the app like that.

Any suggestions?
