So, with the new and "improved" developer site (which feels like they let the marketing department attack it), where are all the obscure downloads??
I also get no access to adcdownloads.apple.com, although if you go to resources -> xcode -> downloads there is a part that says additional tools which takes you to http://developer.apple.com/downloads/ which seems like it is the same.
I think Jaguar Server from 2002 and Xcode Tools v1.0 are a bit obscure, no? They are down to only 417, items, tho.

Are you saying that you're able to get to adcdownload.apple.com?
Do you only have one developer account? It says that "either the page no longer exists or I don't have access to it." One of my ADC accounts (personal) isn't paid up, but my company one is. The typical selection dialog to select my team never appears.
Just for kicks, I renewed my personal ADC account, and I still can't get to adcdownload. So, yah, I'm still thinking it probably an issue.
One account and yes, I get in no issues.
Try your paid account and be sure to renew your password and check the member center for any outstanding agreements, etc.
I only have one AppleID. Even with only one ID, it's possible to be a member of multiple teams. So, I was logged in with the account that is paid, and also the one that is unpaid simultaneously. Even when I renewed my (formerly) lapsed team, it still didn't work. I don't see anything in the member center with either team. I'm wondering if the the fact that I'm on two teams is causing me to hit some edge case that they don't know about yet. Bummer, I reallly need a Snow Leopard ISO. 😕
