Scheduled notification in watchOS 2

They'll work very similarly to the iOS counterpart, and will call one of two methods in the extention delegate.

• - (void)didReceiveRemoteNotification:(NSDictionary *)userInfo;

• - (void)didReceiveLocalNotification:(UILocalNotification *)notification;

Those callbacks have yet to be implimented.
