I have unsuccesful in sending an Application Context so far from an iPhone to an Apple Watch


Is it supposed to work with the first seed of watchOS and iOS9?

yes, all of the WCSession APIs are intended to work for seed 1. Please file a bug with a sample project if you are finding otherwise 🙂
