How to find the solution for a closed bug ticket?

I have received a notvification today, that my bug report was a duplicate with the ticket 24442853, which is closed. How can I find any information how and when the bug will be fixed? Will the bug be fixed in the next minor or major release? If I search for the ticket number in your bug reporter, I do not find any match.

I just came here to post exactly the same question - I too am affected by that bug and like you, received a notification that it had been closed but with no information as to what the resolution is.

If Apple could just tell us if it is fixed (and if so in what version), that'd be great! I find it difficult to understand that there's just no information at all.

Devs can only see their own bugs, so if that one isn't yours, you are SOL.
