I have a problem in iTunes Connect ...
I was just setting the entry for my app ... then my computer failed ... then everything was closed.
I come now to resume the configuration, but the application does not exist and the app id says it is in use and can not use it ...
as I can recover this app?
Similar thing just happeded to me. But my computer did not fail.
I created the new app in iTunesConnect, added a description, icon, and a bunch of other thigns. Saved successfully several times.
I even used iTMSTransporter to add leaderboard and achievement data for the app and all was successfull.
Then I came back about 2 hours later and was auto-logged out from iTunesConnect.
When I logged back in to iTunesConnect the app was missing.
I tried clearing by browser cache data (from this discussion: https://forums.developer.apple.com/message/86921#86921) but the new app is still not visible in iTunesConnect after creating it.
I have been checking every few hours to see if the app "came back" yet.
About 5 hours later it did...
Did you manage to fix this, got similar problem.
I also facing same problem after adding new app. App disappear and I have 3 apps but 2 only can edit.
