iOS 10 Out, but Xcode does not fully support! Why?

Apple is telling us to build Apps that take advantage of iOS 10's great features. Ok, I did. I update my developer phone to iOS 10 so I can test on an actual device and I get the error "Could Not Find Developer Disk Image". Really!?! So how do I do valid QA testing without running the App on a iOS 10 Device.


Is there something I'm doing wrong or missing?

Last time I had that issue, an Xcode resintall did the trick.
