Is it possible to delete a single playground form the iPad Playgrounds app? (I accidently added the "Learn to Code 1" playground a second time. It shows as "Learn to Code 1 2".) It is in the cloud and not loaded onto my device yet, but I would like to get rid of the duplicate entry. How do I delete it?

Yes. Go back to the top most screen where all the playgrounds are listed. And tap to edit button in the upper right-hand corner, select the playground you wish to delete, and then tap the trashcan icon in the upper left-hand side.
