App Search API Validation Tool is returning "Unable to parse that webpage URL. Try a different URL."

I am using this tool https://search.developer.apple.com/appsearch-validation-tool

to validate https://toplanzi.com i have uploaded apple-app-site-association file which is available here https://toplanzi.com/apple-app-site-association


But the tools is retuning "Unable to parse that webpage URL. Try a different URL." immediately i am not sure if it is making a request to my domain at all. The error is not giving any hints. Anyone got ideas?
