I have two iPhone 11 Pro Max loaded with iOS14. On one compact Siri is working and the other Siri is full screen. Is there a setting that I am missing?

Managed to fix this by reseting iOS, Settings -> General -> Reset and Reset All Settings. After the reset and restart, re-enable Siri and the compact UI kicks in.
Chris’ fix did the trick for me. This is me with iOS14 GM. Not sure why the betas nor the GM did not introduced the new Siri interface. Wonder how many people will be affected with the official public release... So yea, Settings>General>Reset>Erase all settings. This will remove Face ID, saved WiFi, Wallet cards, among other stuff. Bluetooth paired devices are unaffected
All you have to do is toggle off “Type to Siri” in Accessibility- Siri. And you get the cool little Siri bubble, but it wont work on type to Siri you’ll always have full screen Siri if type to Siri is toggled on.
