App Library in IOS 14

Can you disable/get rid of the App Library on IOS 14? If not, are you able to delete certain folders that are created in the App Library? (example: most used apps) Having App Library stuck at the end of the home screen can be rather annoying if someone were to search your phone.

I have the opposite question: how to I get this to show up on iPadOS 14? The organization problem is the same, so I would love to have the automatic organization.
