Compact siri is not appearing on my 11 pro max but is working on my iPad Pro, is there a setting for this? On my 11 pro max, I get the full blank screen Siri and also noticed there is a yellow dot about the cell strength indicator at the top when using Siri? Can someone help or do I reinstall iOS 14? thanks.

Managed to fix this by reseting iOS, Settings -> General -> Reset and Reset All Settings. After the reset and restart, re-enable Siri and the compact UI kicks in.
I still have the same issue, after updating to iOS 14 official release. Siri design is not updated to the new compact icon.

Check your accessibility settings. If ‘Type to Siri’ is enabled, you won’t see the new interface. Turn it off and the new interface for compact Siri should appear.
Thank you! Once I turned off type to Siri like you mentioned, the new compact version of Siri appeared! ☺️
