Hi there,
I try my best to explain here, as can't upload the video here, but the taskbar at the top with battery percentage etc, that all seem to be minimised so only shows like adobe creative apps etc, and when I add a new administrator the full bar comes available wifi etc, as soon as I removed the user it back to square one, anyone has this? I

We'd appreciate a bug report on this issue! You can submit one via Feedback Assistant: https://developer.apple.com/bug-reporting/. You will be able to attach the video you recorded. Please also include details like which macOS release you are using and whether this issue occurred on any previous releases.
