Big Sur Download Wont Show Up

After downloading/installing the Beta Access Utility, the Big Sur update won't show up in the software update panel. Instead of saying that my computer is up to date, the software update panel says "Unable to check for updates. Make sure you are connected to the internet." However I am connected. The update has not shown up after restarting my computer either, like the installation notes suggest. I have a Macbook Pro A1502 (Early 2015).

Figured it out!

The problem was that my computers Date and Time were not set to the current time. Once I reset this the update became available right away.

Check your Applications folder for the installer
