Hi all! I just recently installed iOS 10.x on my iPhone 6s Plus and have the following issues that didn't resolve after following fixes found online: 1)I can't hear the other party during a phone call. However sound is perfect when I switch to loudspeaker Mode or using earphones. 2)I don't hear any sound when playing music or YouTube Videos or even candy crush sounds. Using the earphones There is no problem at all. 3) Alarm clock is working fine. I hear the sound at the pre-set time. Tried the advise suggested in most fora but failed. Please help. Thanks,
After updating iPhone 6s Plus to iOS 10.x I can't hear the other side during a call and no sound when playing music and video. Using earphone and loudspeaker mode there's no problem. Alarm clock sound has no problem as well
