Will the user be prompted again for local network permission if there is any change in the services accessed list?

If an App changes the list bonjour services accessed on local network in upcoming releases, will the user be prompted again for local network permission if there is any change in the services accessed list?

The user permission is granted for local network access in general, and the user does not see the Bonjour types. In iOS 14, there is not a new prompt when the app updates its info plist Bonjour types.
