Hi, I have a game developed with Unity3D and, before I update the xCode 7 to xCode 8, I can't validate and upload my app to AppleStore, have any of you had this problem too?, If yes, do you know how can I fix it? Do I need to try to uninstal xCode 8?

Did you try submitting with Application Loader, instead?
I receive these messages on xCode8
Archive validation failed with errors:
The operation couldn't be completed. (ITunesSoftwareServiceAuthenticationErrorDomain error 434)
iTunes Store Operation failed. This actin could not be completed. Try again.
Sounds like an issue on the backend, out of your control.
But if you have to get in the store right away Xcode 7.x is still allowed, given certain conditions, etc.
