Pub app including alcohol products

I started to implement an app for a pub in Denmark. The main purpose of the app is selling different packages(offers) for app users. So users can buy subscriptions (like student offer or weekend offer) from the app. Then users show their mobile phone each time when you make an order at the bar so the bartenders can register the order.

I tried to search some pub apps but didn't find too many examples. There are but it is really not much. Then figured out that alcohol is a gray area in their guidelines. For example App Store has this sentence "Apps that encourage consumption of alcohol", "excessive amounts of alcohol are not permitted". What is really they are referring with that? For example, in my case, subscriptions to different packages for the pub via app against their rules? And can I set images of drinks at the app?

Thanks
I would be curious to know the same. We're doing something slightly different which includes references to alcohol and are continually getting rejected with different iterations of:

Your app appears to promote excessive or inappropriate uses of controlled substances.Specifically, your app appears to be a "drinking game" app with the primary purpose of encouraging excessive alcohol consumption, which is not permitted on the App Store.

It's curious then how apps such as iPuke: The Drinking Game, Picolo drinking game and
Drink Roulette: Drinking Games are permitted when they explicitly have "Drinking Game" in their title, something which Apple (supposedly?) doesn't allow.

We even added a warning Alert that displays the same messaging as Picolo ("Please drink responsibly. By continuing ...") and still the same!?
