External Hard Drive Not Mounting

Hello, I can't find my external hard drive on my MacBook PRo. I recently got it, and plugged in the external hard drive. Everything was working fine until I opened the 'Time Machine' I accidentally clicked the 'erase' button instead of cancel, but I unplugged the cord to the external hard drive before anything started.

When I try to run the 'First Aid' in Disk Utility, it gives me this error:

Repairing file system.
Volume is already unmounted.
Performing fsck_hfs -fy -x /dev/rdisk2s2
File system check exit code is 8.
Restoring the original state found as unmounted.
File system verify or repair failed. : (-69845)
Operation failed…

When I try to click the 'Mount' option, it says this:
Could not mount “disk2s2”. (com.apple.DiskManagement.disenter error -119930868.)

Any help is appreciated!
