I am an iOS Developer with some iOs apps published already,and also I am the owner of a cryptocurrency website exchange D**ins
i completely Own the exchange but it is not registered under any financial institution commission.
I want to create an iOS app for my exchange D**ins .
My Apple developer is affiliated with a registered LLC company (not an indie, individual account).
I do not pretend to use my app to offer ICO (Initial coin offerings), cryptocurrency futures
trading, and other crypto-securities or quasi-securities trading. Thus I do not be an established banks, securities firms, futures commission merchants (“FCM”), or other approved financial institutions.
Been all this say, can I upload an app for my exchange where people can buy, sell , deposit and withdraw cryptocurrency and fiat?
What about fiat deposit? In case I want to offer credit card purchase, should that go through in-app pay or not?
Is that allowed? Can I allow my customers to buy cruptocurreny in my app using credit card? do I need to go through in-app payment for that?
