I noticed that the home screen (as well as the lock screen) on my iPad Air 3 does not correctly process the device motion when held in landscape mode. When turning the iPad from portrait to landscape mode, the screen orientation is rotated by 90 degrees as expected however the motion is not correctly applied to the background picture (i.e. horizontal motion of the iPad leads to vertical motion of the picture and vice versa). It is working correctly with the "dynamic" backgrounds available from the settings but not with normal pictures (own pictures as well as Apple's predefined pictures).
With an iPad 5th generation everything is working as expected. iOS is latest (13.6) on both devices.
Selecting perspective yes/no does not change the behaviour.
