What is the rate limiting policy for appleid.apple.com/auth/authorize and appleid.apple.com/auth/token?

I cannot find any documentation on this. I would like to know if I should ever worry that my "Sign in with Apple" for my app will stop working due to throttling.

I also can't find any description on this. And I also can't get X-Rate-Limit in response, which is told in https://developer.apple.com/documentation/appstoreconnectapi/identifying_rate_limits
