Can't Install Xcode

I just upgraded from a HD to an SSD and added more RAM.

Everything is working well with the exception of Xcode. I have Catlina 10.15.1 right now. However when I try to download Xcode I get this error:

"Xcode can’t be installed on “MacBook SSD” because macOS version 10.15.2 or later is required".

Update your Mac to a newer version of Catalina. On your Mac go to System Preferences > Software Update to update.
