[CardDav] Patch calls for existing vcard file fails with 403 Forbidded

Hi,
we noticed latetly a case with patch calls for existing VCard files.

See my example curl:

Most calls ends with 403 forbidden response, seems to be global problem existing on different accounts.

Does something changed latetly what could be a reason?
