Is there a control that works as a toggle button or a checkbox? I see those on/off buttons in Settings in iOS that shows green when switched to the right, meaning on, and shows white when switched to the left, meaning off.

In IOS you have the UISwitch, which "Displays an element that shows the user the boolean state of a given value. By tapping the control, the state can be toggled."
Can that be accessed on Interface Builder or do I have to create it programmatically?
It is accessible in IB : serch for switch in the search field, you get UISwitch.
