Mac crashing working with Parallels Desktop 16.0.1

Could you please help me solving an incident with a third part software?.

I have worked with Parallels Technical Support in order to find a solution, but unsuccessful and the company have sent to me the following technical report:

Our Development Team has reviewed your case and has provided us with an update:

They've concluded that the issue with Mac crashing cannot be resolved from our side because this is a host issue.

Since we tried all possible troubleshooting steps already and the issue persists even with Apple hypervisor (in this case, Parallels kernel extensions aren't loaded), it means it's either a hardware or software issue with your very Mac/macOS (could be Catalina specific). 

As a result, we'd advise you to submit a RADAR to Apple Support to get assistance and resolve the issue.
