Hello, I'm wondering how "Luminair 3 by Synthe-FX" is able to continually run in the background. It is a lighting control app that sends information to lights via wifi or ethernet. One can even sleep the ipad and the app continues to run. Do they have special permission from Apple or is this something all apps can do?
