compatibility error (xcode/ios)

Hi all,

I use High Sierra (10.13.6.) therefore the latest Xcode I can run is 10.1. Now I created a simple app, I wanted to deploy it on my device (iOS 13.3.1.) It appears on my phone but it won't run, just getting a blank, white screen, and exits.
I added this 13.3 content (12 Mb) to the right folder within Xcode, restarted it, but still nothing...

Does downgrading my iOS from 13.3.1 to 12.1 solve the problem, or what else shall I try???

I don't really want to upgrade my Mac OS in order to install the latest Xcode, because the system would be slow...

any help would be appreciated,
thanks
If you downgrade your iOS version to whatever SDK comes with Xcode 10.1, you should be able to run your app on the device. I'm not sure how easy it is to downgrade an iOS device.
Thanks, I also looked it up, and downgrading the iOS is above my skills :) so I think, the best I can do is leaving my iPhone as it is, and upgrade my OS X to Catalina (10.15) to get Xcode 11 or 12.... and then I can downgrade OS X back to High Sierra (10.13.6) I have done that before. :)
