Xcode 12.1 xip download from "More Software Downloads"

We see that Xcode 12.1 is released to the App Store but not available to download from "More Software Downloads" Section. All we see there is Xcode 12.1 GM. Should we use that in place of the release build?

Same issue. Xcode 12.0.1 has an issue of not detecting the iPhone devices. I had to download the Xcode 12.1 GM and just run it once to fix this issue. But i am still waiting for the XIP file to be available here so that i can download. Updating Xcode from the store fails most of the time for me so i prefer downloading it. Waiting for the file...
