Can't install Big Sur

I got error saying 'This copy of the Install macOS Big Sur application is damaged, and can‘t be used to install macOS.'.
I tried restart Mac a few times, but it does not solve.
I have 33GB available storage by the way.
Do you know what could be the problem?

Had the same problem and found a work around.
Create a USB disk to fresh install Big SUR
When you type the SUDO command and WHILE the external disk is being formated,
right click on the install package located in Applications
Show Package Contents
Delete info.pslist file

Then try to install with this new USB drive
