Big Sur Zoom Camera Issue

Running updated Zoom on 2020 MacBook Air with recently updated OS (Big Sur). Big lag issues across applications and heating when camera is turned on. Turn off Zoom video and everything resumes normal operation and fan slows. Is anyone else experiencing this problem? I had no issues prior to updating from Catalina OS.

Yes, I'm facing similar issue with my MBP 2020. I tried to use external camera, but it still has same issue with Big Sur.
Previously, It was working like champ.

I am facing this problem as well. The camera switch on and off, and sometimes there is a warning saying that the USB accessory is consuming too much power. MBP 2020 16". Big Sur version 11.1 (20C69)

Same issue here on 11.2 on Zoom and Teams. If the camera is on the MacBook Pro starts to lag at a point it is almost impossible to use.

Also facing the same with 2016 MBP with Touch bar after Big Sur 11.1 update. Tried resetting NVRAM, PRAM and ran SMC, but no use. Downgraded to Catalina, but no use. Apple Support on Twitter ran diagnostics and couldn't find any issue. I have not tried the USB camera though.
