App won't launch on Big Sur 11.0.1

Hi everyone
I have an app called 'Multi login' that won't launch on Big Sur 11.0.1. I click on the app and it won't do anything. I've tried to uninstall/reinstall and it still doesn't work. Any clue of the issue?

Same for me. Every app not developed by apple doesn't work. I've tried with Outlook, World, Spotify, Magnet. Instead, Pages and Numbers work.

[SOLVED]: I've reinstalled Big Sur 11.0.1 from macOS Recovery > reinstall macOS.
