Xcode 12.2 warning "could not find referenced DIE"

When I build a release version of my audio plugin, I now get this warning. Never got it before Xcode 12.

Actually, I get hundreds of those warnings, but it still seems to build.

The only thing I can see is that it's happening when it's building the dSym file.

Any ideas?

Same here in 12.4. Does anyone know what "DIE" means in this context?
