Big Sur: Port 55555 blocked

Recent upgrade to Big Sur. Docker container running an application wanting port 55555. It appears to be blocked/in use. Nothing on tcp/udp stack shows the port being used. What would be running to block this port from being used?

I'm also having the same issue. Big Sur is blocking port 55555 in a clandestine manner. netstat doesn't show that the port is in use.

There seems to be known vulnerabilities on port 55555. Is it the reason for the blocking ?
Is it something you observe recently (which MacOS version ?)
