Apple News Publishing - How to get Reviewed

I have a news channel, integrated with the Apple News API, but i have not had it reviewed for over a year.

What is the criteria to get Apple to review the channel?

When you find that out let me know. Around 5,000 people are all scratching their heads and wondering the answer to that question. Have not seen anyone from the iCloud News Publisher team respond to a single thread about this in the five years or so that people have been asking but see plenty of threads about it in the Developer forum.
