Xcode 12 crashes when open git preferences on external monitor

Hello all,

Would you mind helping me with a solution of Xcode crash? Xcode crashes every time if I open preferences window and go to Source Control tab and click "git" or if I open Accounts tab and click on my GitHub account.
I only got crashes if I do this on external monitor (LG 23MP68VQ-P). For example, if open Xcode on the monitor and git preferences on Macbook's screen — everything works fine, but if try to move preferences window to the monitor I immediately got a crash.

Hi,

Same here, on external monitor XCode -> Preferences -> Source Control -> Git, it crashes immediately. Repeatable.
Same steps work fine when XCode is on Built-in display.
My monitor is Acer ET322QU.

even XCode -> Preferences -> Accounts crashes immediately on external monitor.

MacBook Air with M1, Xcode version 12.2 (12B45b), External Monitor Acer ET322QU.
