Best data-only SIM card?

Silly question: Can anyone here recommend a good data-only SIM card that offers cheap data access for testing?

I'm now implementing features that are triggered on/off depending on a user's network state, and my team will need a number of SIM cards for testing on their phones.

Any recommendations? My primary needs are:

* At least 1GB of data per month

* Cheap-ish

* Will have decent reception in a place where both AT&T and Verizon phones have a good signal.

Any thoughts?

T-Mobile, pay as you go card, $30 month, unlimited data - check w/Walmart...usually not sitting out, so find the cell wonk clerk and don't take no for an answer.

I'd go with a regular SIM from Verizon, they offer unlimited voice and SMS. A small plan would be $35/month for 2GB of data and you can add as many SIM's to the account as you like.
