Big Sur WiFi

I upgraded to Big Sur 11.1 on my 2013 late MacBook Pro and now cannot see a wifi device. All my other Apple devices can see this wifi device, including 3 iPhones and 2 other MacBook Pros that are not on Big Sur.

I can connect to my home wifi, 2 other wifi networks I frequent and 1 other wifi device.

My question is does Big Sur have wifi settings that I can change to allow my MacBook Pro to see this wifi device?
